Traffic Calming Project

*UPDATE* The ballot process passed, 319-12. The project will before the county Board of Supervisors for a public hearing in February.

JMCA 2011-2012 Board

Our 2011-2012 officers are Chris Soule (President), Julie Upham (Vice President), Shawn Ulrick (Treasurer) and Richard Ewell (Secretary). Our Board members/ directors are Brian Allen, Roberta Zimmerman, Matt Haws, Kat Sumida and Maeve Ulrick. Congratulations on winning your posts and thank you for serving our neighborhood! Residential Parking Permits

Old permits/ decals expired June 30, 2010. If you did not receive an automatic renewal form, you must renew by telephone, mail or in person. Your vehicle must be registered with the Fairfax County Department of Transportation at a Jefferson Manor street address to receive a parking decal.

• To renew by telephone: call 703-324-1100 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              703-324-1100      end_of_the_skype_highlighting (between 8 AM and 4:30 PM) and have your SSN or Driver's License Number handy.
• To renew by mail: send a COPY of your driver's license and vehicle registration to Department of Transportation, 12055 Government Center Pkwy, 10^th Floor, Fairfax, VA 22035-5511.
• To renew in person: bring your driver's license and vehicle registration to the above address (Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM).

Fairfax County Blight Program

To be considered for the Blight Abatement Program, a property must: (a) be vacant and/or boarded for at least one year, (b) be the subject of complaints, (c) is no longer being maintained for useful occupancy, and (d) is in a dilapidated condition or lacks normal maintenance or upkeep.
